By creating an account and using Peak ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Peak is a subscription-based nutrition and training platform for physique-focused athletes and the coaches who work with them. It provides meal planning, macro and supplement tools, progress tracking, and a progressive-overload training engine.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
A valid payment method is required to activate the free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends — cancel any time before it does and you will not be billed. After the trial, paid accounts require a subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access for the remainder of your paid period, followed by a 15-day grace period before account lockout.
Peak provides nutrition and training information for general fitness and physique purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Peak does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified physician before starting any diet, supplement, or training program, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication. You use any plan, protocol, or recommendation entirely at your own risk. Coaches using the Service are solely responsible for the professional advice they give their clients.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, reverse-engineer the platform, use it for any unlawful purpose, or upload malicious content. Peak is intended for legitimate coaching and nutrition planning purposes only.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Health data and progress photos are special-category data processed only with your explicit consent. If you are a coach, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and appropriate consent to enter your clients' personal and health data into the platform, and for informing them how their data is used. You retain ownership of the plans and content you create.
The Peak platform, branding, algorithms, and software are the intellectual property of Progressive Overcome Coaching. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.
Peak is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any health outcome resulting from following a plan. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to address the issue before taking action. In cases of urgent or severe violations, suspension may occur immediately.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
